RETURN POLICY

Country Whimsy makes every effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safe and in a timely manner.  Your order will ship within 24-48 hours once your payment has cleared and you will receive the order(s) within 7-10 Business Days.  Shipments arrive in Pelaspan-Pac Natural as cushioning materials to protect all orders and is 100% biodegradable.  We use both UPS and USPS for Ground Shipping.

Non-Defective Merchandise Returns
You must receive prior Authroization to return an item to our warehouse.  To obtain this authorization to return your item for credit, replacement or exchange, simply contact us within 30 Days of Purchase.

Non-Defective Merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned withing 30 Days of Purchase.  Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity as shipped.  Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.  Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Please note clearance items are only returnable if they are defective only.

Returns that do not meet the conditions described above in the Return Policy will be returned back to the sender and the shipping cost of the return will be charged to the customer.

Items Damaged During Shipment
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper.  If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 Days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.  Always remember; You must comply with procedures established by UPS or USPS, trucking lines and other shippers, or your claim may be denied.
Lost Orders
This rarely happens, but sometimes carriers do lose orders.  If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable amount of time, contact us and please provide the date you placed your order, your name and address you provided during time of order placement,  billing and payment method/information and the total amount of your order at purchase.

We will check to find the date your order was shipped and which carrier was used.  A tracer will be initiated with the carrier.  You will be kept posted and notified through the process.  Normally a response is received within a 10 Day waiting period before they will accept a tracer request.  USPS requires a 30 Day  waiting period from date of shipment before they will accept a tracer (90 days outside continental United States)  We will notify you when results of the tracer are received. 

Damaged Merchandise
Visible Damage:  If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately.  If you do not find outward damage, sign the receipt with the words "EXCEPTION--DAMAGE" For UPS deliveries, contact us and supply us the invoice number of the shipment involved.  Explain the damage as detailed as possible, number of packages or cartons received and whether you desire a replacement or credit to your account.  This information will prepare us for a claim report from the carrier.
